Glenview, Illinois 2026 Spring Tournament

Our spring 2026 tournament in Glenview, Illinois was absolutely incredible!

The event was held on April 18th at Henry Winkelman Elementary School. We were thrilled to welcome over 100 young players competing across 3 divisions (K-1, 2-3, 4-5), showing off their focus, strategy, and sportsmanship.

The building was buzzing with energy all day, and the event was filled with chess, pizza, face painting, and even an epic dance-off!

Special thanks go out to Henry Winkelman Elementary School for hosting. To all the families that came to support their young players. And to all of our Chess Wizard staff: Rob, Raoul, Eric, Orn, Kirby, Brian, and Randy - thank you for working so hard to put on this amazing event and helping create such a fun and welcoming environment.

It was an amazing event from start to finish, and we are so proud of everyone who helped make it such a success!
